TourneyKoko (tourneykoko.dukedev.space) helps people run sports and gaming tournaments. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we keep only what the app needs to work, we don't show ads, and we don't sell or share your data.

Organisers

To create tournaments you sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us, along with an ID for your Google account. We use these only to sign you in and to show your name on your tournaments. We never see your Google password and we don't ask for access to anything else in your Google account.

While you're signed in we keep a session record so you stay logged in. It includes your IP address and browser type, and it expires on its own.

Tournament data

Everything you enter to run a tournament is stored: its name, logo, teams and their logos, fixtures, scores, times and venues. Anyone with a tournament's public link can see team names, logos, fixtures, tables, brackets and results. Tournament pages are not listed in search engines.

Teams that sign up

If an organiser shares a sign-up link, captains can add their team without an account. They can also give a captain's name and a phone or WhatsApp number. Those two details are optional, and only the organiser of that tournament can see them. They never appear on public pages.

Who processes the data

The site is hosted by Vercel, and the database is hosted by Turso in the EU (Ireland). Sign-in is handled by Google. These providers store and process the data only so that TourneyKoko can run. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics, and we don't send marketing emails.

Visit statistics

To see how the site is used, we count visits ourselves, without cookies. For each page view we store the page, the site you came from, your country (worked out from your IP address by our host), and whether you're on a phone, tablet or computer and which browser. We don't store your IP address. To count unique visitors we keep a scrambled code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so visits can't be linked across days or back to you. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't count your visit at all.

We also note key actions, such as a tournament being created or a result being saved, and we log errors (the page and the error message) so we can fix them. None of this is shared with anyone.

Google user data

TourneyKoko's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Tournaments stay until the organiser deletes them in Settings, which removes their teams, results and sign-up details too. Visit statistics and error logs are deleted after 13 months. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email azetaduke@gmail.com from the address you sign in with and we'll do it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Captains who signed a team up can ask the organiser, or us, to remove their details. Write to azetaduke@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top of this page.
